Affirming ADHD is excited to announce that our Making Sense of Adult ADHD program is about to run for the very first time. This program aims to help people who learned they are ADHD as an adult to help them access neurodiversity affirming information and support to help them move forward with a good understanding of their ADHD brain and how to adapt their life as an ADHDer.
Making Sense of Adult ADHD is a six week, fully live and interactive group program presented by Affirming ADHD founder Sarah Stokely, who brings her mental health expertise as well as her lived experience of adult ADHD diagnosis.
Making Sense of Adult ADHD starts on Saturday, 5 August at 10.30am-12.30pm (AEST), running for 6 weeks. The first week is a 2-hour session, subsequent sessions are 1.5 hours.
There are limited beta tickets for $140 available, which represents a full 50% discount. We deeply value feedback from our group participants so we have priced the beta accordingly, in recognition of the value of your feedback via pre- and post- online surveys.
